Custom Items:

DALLVERO does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. We do not offer a refund simply because you "changed your mind". The item is considered a waste product that no-one can neither purchase nor use. DALLVERO will however offer these services if the wording on the product has incorrect spelling caused by our error. We will work with you to get this resolved quickly.

Non-custom items:

DALLVERO does accept undamaged products for a full refund (minus the shipping cost of returned items) or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please make sure that the item is returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your product.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If all seems good, we will refund/exchange your item immediately. An email will be sent to your chosen email account for an update.

*Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs on returned products.
